3. Direct Utilization Pathways & Technical Parameters

Direct application: After grinding the low-grade phosphorus ore into fine powder, it can be directly applied to acidic soil. Its fertilizer effect is slow but long-lasting, and it also has the function of improving the soil.

Production of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer: This is the most ideal and suitable direct industrial application for low-grade phosphate rock. The production process of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer (electric furnace or blast furnace method) has relatively lenient requirements for the grade and impurities of phosphate rock, and can directly consume a large amount of medium and low-grade phosphate rock.

Production of molten phosphorus and potassium fertilizer: Using low-grade phosphate rock and potassium-containing rocks as raw materials, it is melted at high temperature to produce.

As an ingredient: A small amount of low-grade ore is mixed into high-grade phosphorite to reduce the overall raw material cost, but the proportion must be strictly controlled.
